Communication and Technology
We at lender are firmly committed to the needs of our client and believe communication is one of the best ways to achieve this goal. For that reason, Lender has 24 hour Dispatch with a manager always on duty.

Lender Protective Services uses the SilverTrac System. A proximity-based foot patrol check system. It is comprised of permanently and discreetly placed QR codes on the client's property and a QR code scanner is carried by the officer. The Officer scans each QR code and records time and date. The Officer can also input any observations or comments. These records are available in real time to both Lender management and the client.

On Larger job sites we often use a M.U.R.S based intruder detection system that notifies the officer on duty by radio of motion in the area. so she/he can in effect, be in several places at once.
